Refund & Return Policy

Overview

FixnRise sells digital educational products (ebooks/PDFs). Because these products are delivered instantly and can be accessed immediately after purchase, they are treated differently from physical goods when it comes to refunds.

Digital Product Nature

Once your payment is successful, the ebook is made available to you immediately for download. As the content is delivered instantly and can be copied or saved to your device the moment it is accessed, it cannot be "returned" the way a physical product can.

No-Refund Policy

All ebook purchases on FixnRise are final and non-refundable once the download link has been generated or the product has been accessed. Please review the product description, sample pages, and chapters covered carefully before completing your purchase.

Exceptions

We will review requests only in the following limited situations:

You were charged more than once for the same order (duplicate payment).
A technical error on our end prevented you from accessing or downloading the ebook, and our team was unable to resolve it.

If either situation above applies to you, contact us at fixnrise@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue, and we'll look into it.

IMPORTANT: This no-refund policy should be reviewed against applicable Indian consumer protection laws (including e-commerce rules) before publishing, to confirm it is clearly and lawfully disclosed to customers at the time of purchase.
